This is a newly built two-home compound located one block from the beach and within walking distance to Chabad. It’s designed for larger groups or multiple families who want to stay together while still maintaining privacy.

Each home has its own entrance, kitchen, living space, and outdoor area. Both units follow a similar layout: a main level with a kitchen, living room, daybed, queen bedroom, and full bathroom, plus an upstairs with two additional bedrooms (king + queen) and another full bathroom.

Outdoor space is split between the two homes. One includes a larger yard with lounge seating, dining table, and BBQ, while the other offers a private patio with seating and dining. There are no shared interior spaces.
